Extended Stay America Suites - Fresno - North, Fresno

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was more than I expected with a cute kitchen, and it was very spacious despite getting super cold, so I just turned off the air conditioning for the night. The service was very friendly and helpful, even though the check-in experience wasn't the friendliest. The location was the only positive aspect we found, very convenient for us with options to visit Fresno and even Yosemite. The dining experience was mediocre, offering just coffee and granola bars in the room, but we found comfort in having dinner and drinks just across the street at Chili's.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms had a horrible smell behind the toilets, but the room itself was lovely, spacious, and clean, including the kitchenette. The service was friendly upon arriving and checking in, but some staff members were rude. The location was good for my trip, though it's known for criminal activity. The dining options were limited, with just small cheap bars for breakfast. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks.

However, the unprofessional service experience, including key issues and problems with pet policy, was a downside. Some dining options were limited, but being close to places like Chili's was convenient.
